It all started when Anil and Thomas got together in Germany and came up with the idea of a home brewing. Since Thomas is an expert in brewing, they floated the idea around here in Nepal and I joined hands in developing the idea, researching the market and it's scenario. Since Nepalese government still doesn't permit to register new brewery it was the hardest part to talk and convince about the product to the breweries. After many attempts with different breweries, finally we tied up with United breweries Nepal at Hetauda. As the company's first produce, we experimented at home by brewing Märzen, Kölsch and Weizen in bottle fermentation process.
